The Ecotec S100 Grease Trap is smaller and lighter than traditional grease traps, weighing only 28 kilograms. The S100 is ideal for difficult site applications, as it fits through a doorway, can be installed inside, and can be lifted by just two people, helping to reduce installation costs by approximately 70%. This makes it perfect for butcher shops, cafes, small restaurants, bakeries, takeaway eateries or any commercial building that discharges oil, grease or other semi solids and solids.
To understand the variety of businesses that use polyethylene grease traps, some of our customers include KFC, Pizza Hut, McDonalds, Qantas, Caltex, Fox Studios and Coles Supermarkets.
The Ecotec S100 Grease Trap is manufactured using only the most modern and technically advanced equipment. The computer controlled equipment ensures perfect quality control throughout the manufacturing process. Halgan also makes use of lightweight yet durable materials that will not crack.
As one of our polyethylene grease traps, the Ecotec S100 Grease Trap is additionally water and weather proof and will not rust or corrode. We know this because all products have been tested by a qualified structural engineer to withstand loads imposed during installation. This includes soil movement, hydrostatic pressure, and loads imposed by both pedestrian and vehicular traffic.
